SNGL 9005 LED Fog Light Bulbs 3000K Yellow - Super Bright HB3 LED Bulbs for DRL & Fog Lights | Perfect for Night Driving, Off-Road & Bad Weather Conditions

This is second set of LEDs'. First set was purchased and installed in Mar'2020. One bulb of first set is dim and not at full brightness. Upon taking it out there, I noticed this brown spot beneath the LED chipset. The other older bulb was fine. Seller was contacted and assisted with troubleshooting and providing a resolution for a replacement set at a discounted rate.Overall product is good for application and seller was reponsive and attentive to customer.Luckily these hooked straight to my factory subaru ballasts.One thing to remember that these like most, are DC not AC. people switching from halogen to LED will need a ballast to properly run the leds without causing radio interference.I left 3 stars for longevity because I've only had these for 2 months. Not really a long enough time to conclude an accurate life of operation.I like everything about these 9005 they are bright yellow nice and shoot the lighting nice and even. Took me 7 min to install both.i used them for drl on my acura tlPLUG AND PLAY WORKED WELLEasy PnP. Nice yellow color versus a couple of other brands I tried on my DRLs.2016 Subaru Impreza Sport Premium.Used in running light housings for my road bike. Nice white light to match my LED headlight. Fit in shallow space behind the reflectors with no issue.They look good on my 2013 Silverado. I had put in Yellow LED Fogs a couple years ago, and they rattled apart. These seem to be more solid, so I'm hoping I never need to replace them again. I prefer the yellow fogs, as they don't need to match the headlights or anything else. I haven't seen many Silverados with the Yellow fogs, so it's a little distinctive touch.I am not crazy about LED "equivalent" lamps. In general, I don't think LED has quite reached the quality of light an "old fashioned" incandescent lamp provides. That said, I bit the bullet on these because I needed to re-lamp some auxiliary lights on an older car. The OEM sockets had deteriorated to the point where they would no longer have been able to withstand the heat of a halogen H1 lamp. To avoid trouble (melted socket wiring, short circuits, etc.), I decided to try these H1 LED "equivalents". They fit perfectly, and have a VERY bright, WHITE output, and MUCH less heat than halogen H1 lamps. I've only used them for about a month at this point, but so far they're quite good. in short, I WOULD recommend these, but here's my one big criticism:These LED lamps, like many of this type, use dozens of very small surface-mount LEDs to yield a high output. These tiny LEDs are VERY fragile, and this particular product has no visible means of protection to keep these tiny LEDs safe from harm during handling and installation. Not knowing this, I knocked several of the tiny LEDs off the lamp die just in the act of inserting them into the socket! This didn't seem to have any dramatic effect on the lamp module as a whole, but if I had been at all careless during the installation or when un-boxing / handling these lamps, I could have potentially caused enough damage to either destroy or significantly reduce the lamps's output. So, be VERY careful when handling and installing these things. I was in no way wreckless with them, but I obviously needed to be EXTRA, EXTRA careful.... you would be advised to do the same.Beau look, éclaire assez fort selon moi. It could be the wrong light for my application. I switched to a different lightThere 10 times brighter than the original factory lights and we're a great price. Time will tell how long they last.The bulbs looked nice, but after I shut the foglights off in my car they still draw power. The bulbs end up flickering and running at a really dim tone instead of shutting offPour ce qui est d’installer sur des fog Bosch pilot H3 la culasse de la lumière est un peut trop long ,donc ne s’installe pas sans modification si non pour ce modèle de lumière impossible d’installation, pour ce qui est de la luminosités (supers Blanc puissant) !!!
