Will give good ratings, but never used them. Can’t return now. They are too small to replace the bulbs on a Ford 8N.Installed in an RV, low watt draw helps with battery life.I'm blown away at the amount of light these 9 volt lights throw. The incandescent 35 watt lights I had on my Wheel Horse 520-H worked well, but it used all the charging capacity to power them. That left hardly anything going to the battery. These new lights are super bright, warm 3000k which look original but throw 50 watts of light. Now when I use my tractor, my volt meter stays in the green charging zone and I get way more visibility. Nice addition to the tractor while I'm out snowblowing, pushing snow or cutting the lawn in the evening.I don’t normally write reviews, but there are a few things that made me do this. First, the lights are great and very bright. I got the warm white and they look awesome in my yard. Second, I had two bulb issues. One came with a defective issue, but amazon was able to send me a new one. The second issue occurred months after, one of the bulbs stopped working. I contacted vstar and they responded my email and sent me a new one at no extra cost. I was so happy that they responded quickly and I was able to get the replacement under the 2 yr warranty. Although two lights were defective, I’m please with the bulbs and customer service provided by Vstar. I will continue ordering these and recommend them.I have two of these installed in parallel on my Sears Suburban SS12 garden tractor. With digital power supply set at 13 volts, I measure 1.14 amps for BOTH (two) of these par36 bulbs. So the pair use ~14watts, and each light separately only ~7 watts. The lights are bright enough to do light work at night, which is all these tractors would ever do anyway (if they are ever used at night which won't be frequent). So far, amazing! It's brighter! It fits better! I hope for a much longer life than the terrible oem bulbs that lasted months on the OEM Suzuki light bar. I have a 2003 Suzuki Volusia, btw.Installation was simple. I spent 20 minutes looking for my posi locks, but nope. My sodder iron is terrible and doesn't heat well enough so I simply spiced the wires and put on an insulation tube that I conformed with a heat gun... Works like a charm. If I didn't need the extra length, I could have simply screwed in the original wiring. The pictures don't do it justice in the light I shot them in. There are reviews with better lighting comparisons.I will order a second, as this was a test. No more constant dead bulbs, hopefully. This light is not waterproof! I used it in an appropriate up-light fixture in my landscape that is designed to drain away water. The light stopped working because water has entered the glass and shorted it out. I have re-read the product description and it does state that it is water resistant and that the product is not warranted for water damage. Nice. My error for not focusing more on the description, but this should be waterproof. Look for other similar light bulbs that state they are water proof.Purchased these not knowing they were LED. Was looking to replace my outdoor incandescent lights so I purchased these. I’ve been slowly converting my outdoor lights to LED but in this case didn’t want to mess with splicing wires to new LED can units. This was a great unexpected surprise! These LEDs hook up to the old connections with no issue and provide LED savings and should last longer than incandescent... a win-win!So far so good. I installed these to replace halogen spots in our in ground pool. We were going through at least 2 halogen bulbs or more per season (last year 4) at around $55 each at the local pool supply store. I believe that we paid $20 for 2 of these LED bulbs. So far there outperforming the halogens big time. The pool looks like a million bucks at night and I don't worry about having them on for hours at a time where I found that the halogens would burn out if left on for over an hour. I recommend these lights for pool use but make sure to check all your O rings and seals and replace any that are worn to keep the bulbs as well protected as possible (I think that if you keep these bulbs dry they will probably last for years. I'm also planning to make a waterproof quick connect to keep the lights out from the bottom of the pool during the winter.I bought two of these for my pool last year. However, one of them lasted only one and a half season, operating a maximum of 3 hours per day (700 hours total), which is only 4.7% (!) of the promised duration. Besides the price doubled in one year. I give 3 stars because the original light price is way higher and the warranty two years, so this is still a good option.I replaced the halogen lamps in my pool with these. I was a little uncertain of their waterproof rating, but after over 1+ months of use, there hasn't been an issue. Two of them were cheaper than ONE halogen bulb at the pool store, and they use less energy too! They are brighter than the halogen bulbs, but I noticed that the light is a little cooler, which is fine. It isn't a "cold" white, but it is less warm than the halogens.EDIT: I've had these in my pool for over a year, including one winter, and I haven't had a single issue. I would certainly recommend these as a replacement for more expensive halogen bulbs.Seem good so far. Used to replace Aqua lamp halogen 50watt bulbs. Much brighter and wider beam. Been using for about one month. Hopefully the last longer than one season. Up here in Canada I will most likely remove and keep indoors during the winter months.Fit perfect and look good! So much brighter than the halogen bulbs. Uses less amps also. Put them on a Bolens g14 without any issues. Now let’s see how long they last. Here’s a pic of old halogen bulb vs new LED bulb. Huge difference!
