The light is groovy. Some assembly required, but groovy. You basically stick the LED "Tape" to both sides of the stick and you're in business.Problem is, the listing says this is a "corded electric" light. When I got it, the "electric cord" was USB. Technically, yes, that's electric, but I had to hunt down a power adapter to plug this in and see if it would work. I was disappointed that they didn't disclose this in the description of the item. In fact, they almost go out of their way to AVOID telling you it's a USB connection. Something I wish I'd known before I ordered. The cord is long enough to work close to an outlet, but I'm not even sure where I'd find a USB extension cord to power this from the other side of the room.The remote control is a cheap plastic housing, which isn't a big deal until you go to remove the battery tray - I really had to fight with it to get that tray out to inspect the battery. Thankfully, the battery isn't too weird. A CR-2025 watch battery will work as a suitable replacement and those are fairly easy to find.I wish this was a bit more of a standarized lighting unit, but it works and it's fun.Still, I like the small footprint of the light. There are several dimmer settings and a bunch of fun and funky light patterns that I'll never use, but they're available for folks who want them. If you're cool with the USB power (or can findEasy to assemble. The app works well but doesn't work with Alexa.This is definitely a fun light for a kids' room: lots of options for color, motion, dancing to music, even a timer. Tiny footprint is a bonus in a small room too, the legs can literally tuck under another piece of furniture. But it's all-plastic, seems not a great value for what is kind of a novelty fixture.The box was branded “DIY” and that was the truth (see photo for how it arrives, all in pieces). It's not a difficult assembly, although I did find it annoying that the backing paper you have to peel off the light strip isn't in a single piece: it was segmented at about every 8 inches and the paper was finicky to remove each time.Considering that this was seventy bucks, I think they should have included the USB charger thing you need for power. Even better would be a normal electric cord.We needed a slim lamp right in the corner of the office-- behind the file cabinet and the wall. I didn't want to put anything ON the file cabinet, knowing it would likely be knocked over. This adds ambience, for sure, but not any real light to speak of. So, that's a disappointment. It is a great lamp if you know you're not lighting up the room. I suspected I'd have that issue, but was still hoping for some more light.Recommended for quality-- very easy to put together.I kind of love this lamp. Quite satisfied with the product. It’s very easy to assemble, only took about 10 minutes. In the App there are a lot of modes can be used, even changing colors with music. Also with timer function, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off when going out in a hurry. We totally enjoyed the atmosphere when watching a movie or having a party. Der erste Blick auf den Inhalt des Verkaufskartons sagt, dass der Lieferumfang vollständig ist.Die Bedienungsanleitung ist leider nur in englisch oder chinesisch verfasst. Die Bebilderung aber ist sehr hilfreich. Nun bauen wir die Stehlampe zusammen, das geht doch zügig von der Hand und schon sind alle Teile zusammengebaut. Jetzt noch die Batterie in die Fernbedienung und schon kann das Lichtspektakel beginnen. Eigentlich bleibt hierbei kein Wunsch offen, denn diese Lampe kann man in so viele verschiedene Farbvarianten einstellen, dass ganz sicher für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Gut gefällt mir auch, dass man sogar im Takt der Musik das Licht schalten kann.Auch eine App gibt es hierzu. Ich bin aber so gar kein Freund davon und kann nur sagen, super, dass man auch ganz ohne Schnickschnack die Farben verändern kann, einfach nur die Fernbedienung benutzen. Hierbei muss man aber darauf achten, nicht zu weit von der Lampe entfernt zu sein, dann funktioniert es nämlich nicht. Die Leuchtzeit kann man natürlich auch verstellen und so kann ich die Lampe, ohne mich drum zu kümmern, leuchten lassen.Fazit:Die LED Eckenstehlampe der Marke LENDOO ist von ordentlicher Qualität und Verarbeitung. Es funktioniert alles bei mir. Daher kommt von mir eine Kaufempfehlung und ich vergebe 5 Sterne.
