I had no idea that puddle lights were a thing, until my husband showed me his Mini Cooper (which comes with puddle lights). So, I immediately had to find some for my Subaru Outback. I was a bit skeptical they'd work, but installation was a breezed. I read the previous reviews about being careful not to scratch the door lining when removing the bulb, so I was extremely cautious with the (included) little screwdriver. It worked perfectly! Taking out the old light and putting in the new one was a breeze, and it took this not-mechanically inclined gal just about two minutes to do them both. And they shine pink in the dark, with the word Subaru plus a nice mountain scape. People see them and ask about them. I love that they make my car pop in the night!
