Perfect on desk. I should have bought this long ago.Many options for the daytime a nighttime.Not crazy about the switch location or timer mode choices, but you get used to it. Otherwise it is light weight bet strongly made for what it is.very good, easy setup, very bright, dimmable. took 2 minutes from unboxing to 'installing' it to my computer desk.This soft light is easy on the eyes and is not hard to use. The only question I have is will it stand up to repeated folding and unfolding as I'm using this on a temporary desk I set up for each job. I'll find out eventually if it will last. The light folds up fairly nicely for transport. It clamps on securely to a flat surface and is easy to ajust. The controls take a bit of trial and error to get used to, but you can control it pretty easily after you get used to the touch buttons. It comes with a pretty good manual, which I find a bit humorous as it's written by Chinese without a good command of the English language. "It is a good performer of heat dissipation." It looks like they provide a good guarantee and product support. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.Great lamp solution for a mission style bed headboard via a clamp that secures the lamp in place. I recently had a regular desk lamp sitting on the headboard ledge, until it recently fell off and broke. The adjustable brightness and the head lamp multi-position versatility is a win-win. Recommend.I purchased this lamp to light a corner of my desk thats perpetually in shadow during the day (against a wall in the corner). I also wanted something to brighten up my face during video calls. This lamp does all of that and more!I clamped it on the side of my desk and it takes up virtually no space - it folds away nicely and I almost forget it’s there when I’m not using it. There are so many joints in the lamp frame that you can bend it at virtually any angle - I also like to use it to paint my nails or watercolor at my desk. It’s a great task lamp!You can choose the exact brightness and hue settings that you want, and it remembers your last setting if you turn it off. Love this lamp - I would definitely buy again if I needed another!
