Excellent light brightness. At first I was wondering if worked until both were installed and then it was perfect!I wanted to switch from using HID to LED on my fog light system on my truck so I ordered these because they seemed to be advertised as very bright and lots of good reviews. BUT, sadly as with other LED type lights, these are not very bright when installed in a projector style housing. I'm pretty sure they will be nice and bright with a reflector type housing. They are nice and yellow, which is what I wanted. Too bad.And that is what I was after. They were H3 fog lamps, I had to modify my housing for the overall length. But other than that, they dropped in and fit. So measure your housings to make sure they fit. The inside length is actually a little less than a stock H3 bulb, its the back end that is longer, not a whole bunch, but enough in my case to have to modify the housing slightly. I would not say these are brighter then the stock halogen type bulbs, because of the way they throw the light.Really nice lights for the $.Received the LED upgraded bulbs quickly. Second set I ordered as I really liked the first ones. The lighting chip is at the exact same height as the Halagen element so the light is properly focused on the internal reflector (most important when changing to other than OEM lighting). I don’t know how long they will last yet but they appear to be designed and manufactured well. Very easy to install.Not sure if it's the Headlight that are causing the bulbs to look very dimmed. Since this Cadillac has projector headlights assembly I assume it would be bright but am not impressed with the outcome. I have some in my tahoe similar to this ones and they are 10x brighterEasy to install and the are bright. As for longivity i cant say as ive only had them for a few weeks. Hopefully they'll stand up over time and the abusive of riding.The light are ok. If your looking for a and easy replacement for your fog lights then these are it. If your looking for brightness then then are not it.
