This is essentially a cut piece of acrylic on a plastic base with a built in LED. I wish there was a little more control over the color transitions and brightness. All but the red color is super bright. It kept my son up for a while because it was so bright. Had to move it to the red color to make it dimmer. If there was a brightness control it would be so much better!
