I ended up being really impressed with this flashlight. It’s bright as heck and serves multiple tasks while I’m on duty. It’s also lightweight but still solid. A comparison to a big name brand would probably be over $150.Only two suggestions I’d make if they made a future design is one of a few things. It’s be fantastic if the button was either a bit bigger or or pronounce or something. Many times in the dark I’m fidgeting with it trying to find the on/off button. It also doesn’t help that the usb charging port is basically in line with it but on other side. I’ve found I have tried pushing that many times thinking that was the button.Another suggestion that would make it perfect is the ability to make it a monetary switch. In other words holding down softly to turn on but without clicking it on to stay on and then release the soft press to turn it off. This is versus having to press/click it on and cycle through option to turn it back off or otherwise holding down button to the click for several seconds to go straight back off. A monetary type button switch is useful for those times you just want a quick light for a quick second or two and shit it back off with no hassle and no clicking and no extra noise. Would be extremely useful in tactical situations.Other than these suggestions I think it’s great. Part of the review asked my rating on it being water proof or resistant. If it serves that purpose I honestly didn’t even realize that and think that’s great especially if it has a good seal and can practically be partially or fully submerged for a short period of time. I will have to look further into this.I love the ability to charge with a usb cable. Much more versatile and compact and no bulky charging block to snap the light into. You can basically charge your light on the go in any car or portable battery pack even if need be.
